The weather this week has been full of contrasts – buffeting winds, bursts of sun, full moon, drenching rain, skittering clouds, blue sky. No better way to fortify yourself from the elements than with a cup of tea, most particularly chrysanthemum tea served up by Brett Boynton with Phoenix Tea. Last Sunday at the Garden during the Chrysanthemum festival, Brett had a selection of distinctive teas to sample.
